Fern’s Kids is an organization founded to help provide opportunities to improve the learning environment for local children.

The goal was to start an organization that keeps the spirit of  Fern Doniger living by continuing to care for what she loved the most—kids. The fund, Fern’s Kids, will look to raise money, gather supplies, books and work with local teachers and schools to ensure bright futures for children just as my Mom did for my brother, me and countless other children along her journey.

Fern’s Kids will look to support elementary and middle school students in the Long Island and New York City area.

Fern’s Kids is formed as fund for public charitable and educational uses partnering with the Long Island Community Foundation (LICF) a 501(c) 3 organization
